Features

The insulation system is designed for temperature Class F but used in temperature Class B. The stator adopts vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) process, and the stator adopts anti-corona process. For the protection of winding, all motors are equipped with 8 PT100 resistance thermometers and 220V anti-condensation heater for protection in separate terminal box for convenient connection.

With distinctive structure and cooling path design, this series have excellent mechanical and electrical characteristics of high reliability, high output, high efficiency. The squirrel cage rotor types include cast aluminum rotor and copper strip rotor. The centrifugal casting process can guarantee the rotor bar and end ring into a whole, to ensure the high rigidity and reliability of the rotor. For large capacity or ultra high efficiency, the copper strip rotor can be chosen. Using medium frequency welding process and slot tight treatment, copper strip rotor can effectively eliminate the rotor bar broken and the residual stress caused by manual welding and. The wound rotor with F class insulation material and VPI process, ensure the whole insulation performance of the rotor.

All motors are supplied with bearing 2 temperature senor for bearing, oil filling pipe, oil exit pipe and shaft extension baffle. If no special instructions, motors with the rolling bearing should be injected with ZL-3 lithium base grease according to the intervals: 2000 hours for 2 poles motor, 3000 hours for 4 poles and above motor. With the increasing per 10°of ambient temperature, life time and grease interval of the grease should be halved. The pressure of sliding bearing, oil amount and oil way of the motors with the sliding bearing should be checked to ensure that the oil temperature is not higher than 40 ℃ and the oil amount should reach the oil level line.

For altitude higher than 1000m or the environment temperature is higher than 40℃, the motors will have a worse cooling effect, which the customer should inform us in order to increase capacity, or special design according to the specific use of the environment.

When ordering, please indicate the motor type, pole number, rated power, rated voltage, rated frequency, protection grade, cooling method, mounting type, terminal box type, altitude, environment temperature and rotation direction; if the explosion-proof motor, please indicate the flameproof grade and connection method in terminal. If you have other technical requirements besides the national standards on the motor, our company will design specifically for you, and put into production after signing the technical agreement.
